Hi everyone,

This is the second release of my deferred shading demo
(previous version can be found here).

To run the demo you'll need strong GPU and Direct3D 9.0d
installed. On GeForce 6600 TD I get around 17 FPS with
all features enabled.

This demo demonstrates deferred shading including:
- ambient, diffuse, specular lighting
- normal mapping
- parallax (offset / virtual displacement) mapping
- omni-directional shadows using cubic depth textures
  (2 versions: standard and soft shadows)
- glow post-processing effect
- depth-of-field post-processing effect (adjustable
  focal distance and focus region)

If you found a bug or have suggestions regarding the demo,
please let me know.
